Returns

Sherman Industries accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Returns are not accepted on items that have been specially sourced or procured for a customer unless prior agreement is reached with Sherman Industries before the purchase.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Sherman Industries.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@shermanind.com or call (574) 931-7967 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Warranty

All items sold by Sherman Industries are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

  • Sherman Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective items covered under warranty.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item to Sherman Industries for warranty evaluation.  Return shipping will be covered if the warranty claim is approved.
