Returns
Sherman Industries accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns are not accepted on items that have been specially sourced or procured for a customer unless prior agreement is reached with Sherman Industries before the purchase.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Sherman Industries.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@shermanind.com or call (574) 931-7967 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Warranty
All items sold by Sherman Industries are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Sherman Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective items covered under warranty.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item to Sherman Industries for warranty evaluation. Return shipping will be covered if the warranty claim is approved.
